Each patient in the Practice is free to choose which doctor they would like to consult and to choose which surgery is most convenient for them. At present, we operate an advanced pre – bookable appointment system for Mondays only for consultations and booking can be available up to three weeks in advance. All ‘on the day’ emergency/urgent appointments will be triaged by the GP on duty. Appointments are 10 minutes, please arrive in good time. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Home Visits
Requests for non-urgent home visits should be made as early in the week as possible by telephoning the surgery and giving details to the receptionist. Urgent requests for visits can be made by telephoning the surgery. When the surgery is closed, emergency cover is provided by Dalriada Urgent Care, a local co-operative manned by a local, experienced general practitioner.
